Aldercape was founded from a journey that spans both craft and technology. After starting out building timber-framed houses and designing theatre sets, Johan studied engineering physics and entered the world of software. Over 25 years, he led technology teams from startups to enterprise transformations. More recently, he’s returned to his roots in joinery and building — combining practical making with digital leadership. That mix shapes Aldercape: resilient systems, crafted spaces, and solutions designed with care and integrity.
