In AI and regulated SaaS environments, complexity tends to accumulate quietly. Architecture stretches. Delivery slows. Governance becomes reactive. Teams begin to rely on individual heroics rather than structural clarity.

My work focuses on stabilisation. From startup CTO to enterprise transformation leader, I've built and scaled technology teams across FinTech, cybersecurity, ML platforms, and enterprise software. When growth is real but structure has not yet caught up, that is where I'm drawn to work.
